S.C.M. was founded in 1972, in Murisengo, Italy by brothers Angelo and Maurizio Masoero. They built and patented a rapid change chuck for tapping with an incorporated safety clutch, which was particularly suited to the machine tools used in that period. Over the years the company has broadened its production range and the technology has developed according to the machine tools our products are used on. S.C.M. obtained ISO 9001 Certification in 2000 and Vision 2000 certification in 2003. S.C.M. provides advanced engineering capabilities with efficient machining practices coupled with an effective marketing program that is present in all the most industrialized countries of the world. S.C.M. is still family owned and operated in Murisengo, Italy today. In 2001 a partnership was formed between S.C.M. and EuroLink to offer products throughout North America under the name SCM-America.
TECNOSPIRO, S.A. is a company linked to the Spiroide Group whose activity consists in the manufacture of precision gears and mechanical transmission mechanisms for the equipment manufacturing industry.We are located in the industrial park “Poligon Industrial Pla dels Vinyats†in the municipality of Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, very close to Manresa, in the province of Barcelona, occupying a plant area of 3,000 sq. meters. with a staff of 53 employees, at level of industrial group. We are equipped with the best suited machinery for the manufacture of the most important components of our machines: CNC centers, precision gear cutting machines for the modules (reducers), KLINGELNBERG gear control units, MAUSER testers, milling machines, etc. Our machines fulfill the European safety standards EN 292-1 and EN 292-2, as per the directive 89/392 and EN 60204-1 according do directive 89/336/CEE. Our constant research work within the field of mechanics has allowed us to design the product which is being hereinafter presented together with its genesis and development.
From our headquarters in the province of Barcelona, Spain LLAMBRICH® has been designing, engineering and manufacturing drill chucks and machine tool accessories since 1957. Everyday we ship the products that we manufacturer to five different continents. We are committed to the research and development for the continuous improvement of our products. This has provided us with an exclusive drill chuck program that is in constant evolution. We are dedicated to improving our customers bottom line through product performance and listening to their needs and ideas. Our products have been sold and used in America for over 20 years.
